Description
Jumbo Biscoff Cookie Butter Sourdough Roll: A Caramelized Cookie Obsession
We’ve taken our signature pillowy sourdough roll and completely reimagined it for the speculoos lovers. Say goodbye to traditional icing and hello to a deep, caramelized flavor experience. This jumbo roll is layered with a decadent swirl of brown sugar, cinnamon, and smooth Lotus Biscoff cookie butter baked right into the spirals.
To push it completely over the edge, we smother the warm roll in a rich, melted Biscoff cookie butter glaze and finish it with a generous shower of crunchy, crushed Biscoff cookie pieces. It’s warm, deeply spiced, and completely unforgettable.
Why You’ll Love It
-
The Cookie Butter Crown: Loaded with authentic Lotus Biscoff spread that melts into every single layer, delivering that legendary caramelized gingerbread-spice flavor.
-
Perfect Textural Contrast: The insanely soft, melt-in-your-mouth sourdough interior pairs beautifully with the crispy, golden crunch of crushed biscuits on top.
-
The Sourdough Edge: Our wild, active starter creates a light, airy dough structure and adds a subtle tang that cuts through the richness, keeping it perfectly balanced.
-
Decadent & Unique: A massive, show-stopping pastry that turns a standard coffee break into a gourmet bakery experience.

Heating & Storage
Just like our classic rolls, this treat is best experienced warm! To get that gooey, fresh-baked texture, heat your roll in the microwave for 15–20 seconds or warm it in a 175°C (350°F) oven for 5–8 minutes until the cookie butter glaze gets beautifully glossy and soft.
Store any remaining rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months—just thaw and warm before serving!
