Care & Storage
To keep your loaf tasting its best, store it cut-side down on a wooden cutting board or wrapped in a breathable cotton bread bag at room temperature for up to 3 days. Do not refrigerate. For longer storage, slice the loaf, place it in an airtight freezer bag, and freeze for up to 3 months. You can toast the slices straight from the freezer!
